The residential property market in the South West has received a much welcome boost following the recent introduction of the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) holiday and a relaxation of restrictions as we ease out of lockdown.
Whilst it’s clear we still have some way to go before we return to some kind of normality, we recently organised a Zoom call involving three of Old Mill’s property experts to highlight and discuss some of the current property tax issues and the related commercial implications that will be of interest to business owners operating in the property and construction sector.
