Helen has been in recruitment since 1999, opening her first office of Red Berry Recruitment in 2007, then 3 more sites throughout its history before selling in 2019 to HRGO Recruitment where she works as a consultant 4 days a week specialising in permanent placements across multiple sectors.
Helen will talk about how recruitment has changed over the years, what a recruiter actually does and how you can help a recruiter help you! As well as focusing on company branding and how and why it is important in the recruitment process.
