Jolyon is a passionate and driven leader who was part of the Management Buy Out team that set up Old Mill in 2006. He currently sits on the Old Mill board.
Having had first-hand experience of running a business (he was Managing Partner until 2012), Jolyon uses this knowledge to provide support and advice in order to help clients run their own businesses better. As a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser, Elaine focuses on proactive and creative tax solutions which fit the commercial objectives. Her specialisms include International Corporate and Personal tax.
Elaine began her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG working in their corporation tax and international teams. She then spent 8 years at Capital One Bank where she rose to the position of Senior Director in charge of the European tax team. Elaine then moved to the South West to be closer to her family and has enjoyed spending the last 7 years working with owner managed business on a range of tax issues. As a director in the Commercial Team, Mark is responsible for a portfolio of audit and owner-managed business clients in the South West.
Mark is the firm’s specialist in corporate finance services, including business valuation, financial due diligence, business planning and cashflow modelling. These skills bring him into all sorts of interesting projects from employee shares schemes to buy-outs and acquisitions to renewable energy developments.
