The British Saving Bond

As announced by the Chancellor in the Spring Budget, National Savings & Investments (NS&I) has released the interest rates for its three-year British Savings Bonds, as shown below.

The bonds are below the best three-year fixed rate interest rates in the market according to Moneyfacts which is currently 4.65%. Investing with NS&I does have the certainty that 100% of your money is safe – they have backing of HM Treasury.
