Andrew Vickery is a Partner at Old Mill, based in Yeovil, and a member of the Old Mill Board. He advises a diverse portfolio of rural clients, including family farms, agribusinesses and estates, providing strategic guidance to help businesses navigate change, manage growth and achieve their long-term objectives.
Andrew has extensive experience advising rural and owner-managed businesses, with particular expertise in tax planning, succession planning and supporting family-owned enterprises. He works with business owners, families and private clients to help them structure their affairs effectively and plan confidently for the future. Having served as Head of Old Mill’s Rural team for 14 years until 2026, Andrew has developed a deep understanding of the issues facing rural businesses and is recognised for his ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice that supports both business success and generational continuity.
