Emma Coleman is Head of Talent at Old Mill, based in Yeovil. She leads talent acquisition across the business, working closely with partners and leaders to attract exceptional people and build high-performing teams. Passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience, Emma supports recruitment across accountancy, tax, financial planning, business advisory and central support functions. In addition to her talent leadership role, she is also Head of Old Mill’s Yeovil office.
With more than 25 years’ recruitment experience, Emma specialises in talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, executive and specialist recruitment, workforce planning and early careers recruitment. She is recognised as one of the UK’s leading in-house recruitment professionals through her inclusion in the Recruitment Leader 100 (RL100). Emma is also a member of the Better Hiring Institute’s Fairer Hiring Panel, contributing to initiatives that promote faster, fairer, and safer hiring practices across the UK.
