Technical Partner

Jamie Rudge is a Technical Partner at Old Mill, based in Wells. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, she joined the firm in 2016 and provides technical financial reporting and complex accounting advice to both colleagues and clients. Jamie is also Old Mill’s Practice Assurance Principal, with responsibility for regulation, standards, compliance, and risk, and serves as the firm’s Ethics Principal, helping to maintain the highest levels of quality and professional standards across the business.

Jamie has extensive experience supporting both UK and international companies, advising on financial reporting, compliance and complex accounting matters. Her broad technical knowledge enables her to help owner-managed businesses and group structures navigate evolving regulatory requirements and accounting challenges. Since 2019, Jamie has also served as a member of the ICAEW Conduct Committee, an independent regulatory and disciplinary committee responsible for overseeing the ICAEW’s Conduct Department.
