Kevin Smith is a Partner at Brook Financial, based in Ilminster. He has joint responsibility for the firm’s outsourcing function and strategy, helping clients develop efficient and effective finance operations. Kevin also has responsibility for payroll services and, as Joint CST Head, plays a key role in supporting the continued development and delivery of client services across the business.

Kevin brings extensive experience in business and accounting strategy, with specialist expertise in payroll and outsourced finance solutions. He works with a wide range of businesses, including professional service firms, construction and utilities companies, care sector organisations, and retail, wholesale, and franchise businesses. Having started his career in practice in 1990, he also spent time as a Financial Controller in the motor trade before returning to practice and helping establish Brook Financial. This broad commercial and practical experience enables him to provide clients with clear, pragmatic advice tailored to their business objectives.
