Laura Wylie is an Associate Director in Old Mill’s Private Client tax team. She specialises in advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) and its Scottish equivalent, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT), helping individuals and businesses navigate complex property transactions with confidence. Laura also established Old Mill’s SDLT advisory team in 2020, creating a specialist service to support clients with their property tax requirements.
A CTA and ATT qualified tax adviser, Laura has extensive expertise in SDLT, LBTT, Capital Gains Tax and land development matters, including option and promotion agreements.
