Technical Training Manager

Rachel Wills is Technical Training Manager at Old Mill, based in Wells. She works closely with the Head of Compliance and service line leaders to identify training needs, coordinate the delivery of technical training programmes and monitor continuing professional development across the firm. Rachel also acts as QPRT (Qualified Person Responsible for Training), helping to maintain high professional standards while continuing to manage a small portfolio of clients, primarily within the charity sector.

A fellow Chartered Accountant, Rachel brings a wealth of experience gained during her long career at Old Mill, having joined the firm in 2000. She combines her expertise in technical training with extensive client-facing experience, supporting both charitable and corporate organisations. Her deep understanding of the profession, together with her passion for developing people, enables her to support colleagues in building their technical knowledge and delivering high-quality service to clients.
