Kathryn joined Old Mill as an Audit graduate in 2015 but on qualifying as a chartered accountant moved to the Corporate Finance team to assist in developing Old Mill’s growing Corporate Finance offering.

Kathryn, now an adviser, leads the Due Diligence and Transaction Support offering working with those clients looking to make an acquisition or lenders who need make enquiries for a particular lend. Always willing to go that extra mile and really understand if a target is a good strategic fit, she is always on hand to help navigate through what can be an overwhelming process.

Kathryn loves getting to really know and understand what drives  our clients’ businesses forward. Not to mention figuring out the best way to unlock the business’ future growth plans and providing exit/transaction advice best suited to their hopes for the future.

Outside of work Kathryn loves to travel which has fueled her interest in international transactions. Being a Devon girl she is also a huge Rugby fan and proud supporter of the Exeter Chiefs!
