Head of Corporate Finance

Kathryn Mansell is Head of Corporate Finance at Old Mill, based in Exeter. She leads the firm’s Corporate Finance team, supporting business owners and management teams with key decisions relating to growth, funding, acquisitions, succession and exit planning. Kathryn is committed to providing clear, practical advice that helps clients understand their options, assess value and move forward with confidence. She also contributes to the wider profession as a member of the ICAEW South West Network Board and the ICAEW Corporate Finance Technical Board.

Kathryn provides strategic advice to owner-managed and mid-market businesses operating across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality and other key industries. Her expertise includes business valuations, financial modelling, deal structuring, transaction support and strategic advice throughout the business lifecycle. Recognised for her ability to combine technical expertise with commercial insight, Kathyn was shortlisted for the Emerging Dealmaker award at the Southwest Insider Dealmaker Awards in 2023.
