Phil Kirkpatrick ACA CTA BSc (Hons) is a Partner at Old Mill, based in the Exeter office, where he plays a key role in leading the accountancy team and supporting the firm’s client service delivery. Alongside his responsibilities as a Partner, Phil leads the Exeter Rural team, providing strategic direction, overseeing client work and supporting the development of colleagues. He is focused on maintaining high standards of delivery, strengthening client relationships and ensuring that the team continues to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
With expertise in succession planning and Inheritance Tax, Phil helps clients structure their affairs effectively for the long term, supporting them through key decisions and periods of change. He has a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by rural businesses and provides clear, considered guidance, helping clients protect their legacy and plan confidently for the future.
