Jolyon is a passionate and driven leader who was part of the Management Buy Out team that set up Old Mill in 2006.
Having had first-hand experience of running a business (he was Managing Partner until 2012), Jolyon uses this knowledge to provide support and advice in order to help clients run their own businesses better. He works closely with ambitious individuals to enable them to use their businesses to realise their personal goals, advising, in particular, the Owner Managed Business sectors.
