Associate Director, Rural

Oliver Bond is an Associate Director at Old Mill, based in our Exeter and Yeovil offices. He manages a portfolio of clients across Devon, Somerset and Dorset, advising them on accounting, tax and business planning matters. Working closely with owner-managed and family businesses, Oliver builds long-term relationships and supports clients through key business and personal decisions, while also leading and managing his own team.

Oliver specialises in accounting and tax planning for agricultural businesses, with particular experience supporting beef, sheep and dairy enterprises. His expertise includes Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and VAT, as well as agricultural tenancies, contract and share farming arrangements, and succession planning. He also helps clients navigate the ever more complicated world of Making Tax Digital and other reporting requirements, providing practical advice that supports both business performance and long-term objectives.
