Phil loves nothing more than to support growth: Whether that is the growth and success of the businesses he works with; or the growth and development of the people he works with, it is his passion and what gets him out of bed in the morning.
Phil trained as an auditor and loves the opportunity that audit brings for getting to really know a business, but delivers his best work when he is helping business owners to understand what they can or should be achieving and working with them on making it happen. He is very lucky to be able to combine his personal love of food & drink with a specialism in this area.
